The appellants, members of the Association of Professional Flight Attendants, appeal the district court's dismissal of their claims against fellow APFA members under the Labor Management Reporting Disclosure Act and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. The district court dismissed the LMRDA claim because appellants had not requested the union to act, a condition precedent to filing suit; the court dismissed the RICO claim for lack of standing...
