GUIDRY, Judge.

Defendantr-Third Party Plaintiff, Gulf Insurance Company (hereafter Gulf), appeals a judgment dismissing its third party demand against Mildred T. Kipker. We amend the judgment to dismiss Gulfs third party demand against Kipker with prejudice and affirm as amended.
