Donald Mancuso appeals from the judgment and decree dissolving his marriage to respondent Karoline Mancuso. He argues that the trial court erred in (1) granting joint legal custody of the parties' minor child but granting physical custody to respondent during the school year and physical custody to appellant during the summer, (2) failing to depart downward from the child support guidelines of Minn.Stat. § 518.551, subd. 5, ...
