This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated assault. We reverse and remand.

On the night of April 11, 1985, at the Savoy Club in north Tyler, Marietta Pamela Daniels severely wounded Herbert Castleberry by shooting him twice with a .22 caliber pistol.
