This is a personal injury case resulting from an automobile accident. Plaintiff was stopped and waiting for a traffic light in Lake Charles on March 4, 1985. Plaintiff was struck from the rear by defendant, an employee of All Area Sweepers, who was driving a one-ton street vacuum truck.
