For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Chaisson v. Henning, 525 So.2d 553 (La.App. 3 Cir.1988), in which a separate opinion is being rendered this date, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

All costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiffs in these cases as provided in the Chaisson case cited above.
