TAKEYA v. DIDION

No. 87-213.

748 S.W.2d 332 (1988)

294 Ark. 611

Jean Merritt TAKEYA, Appellant, v. Eugene DIDION, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

March 28, 1988.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

B. Michael Easly, Forrest City, for appellant.

W.H. Dillahunty, Little Rock, for appellee.

Prior report: 294 Ark. 611, 745 S.W.2d 614.

PER CURIAM.

Rehearing Denied.

HICKMAN, Justice, concurring.

I also would deny rehearing, but I write for two reasons. First, I should have noted that I did not agree with Chief Justice Holt's remarks about a jury instruction. I expect it is best not to tell the jury the consequences of an award for compensatory damages.
