WARREN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of assault, and assessed punishment at 60 days confinement, probated for one year, and a $300 fine.

The record reflects that, prior to the commission of the alleged assault, the complainant and appellant were involved in a minor traffic accident. The complainant, a 16-year-old girl, struck appellant's vehicle from behind. Both appellant and the complainant...
