OPINION

JACK SMITH, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. In 1982, appellant entered a plea of no contest to an indictment charging him with the offense of aggravated assault causing bodily injury with the use of a deadly weapon, and his punishment was assessed at five years, probated. In May of 1985, appellant was convicted of arranging a marriage in violation of the immigration laws and sentenced to three years in federal prison...
