This is a products liability and medical malpractice case wherein appellants (plaintiffs) seek to supplement the appellate record with the deposition of appellee (defendant) Dr. Li and the deposition of a non-party, Jamie Bellomy. Appellants claim the depositions in question are necessary for them to show the harmfulness of the trial court's alleged error in permitting testimony...
