Defendant was convicted of burglary and theft. He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal based on his contention that a witness, Cooper, was an accomplice and that there was no independent corroboration of the testimony of two other witnesses who were accomplices. ORS 136.440.
