NOLAN, J.

On May 29, 1986, the defendant was convicted of larceny of property valued over $100 and commercial bribery. The defendant was sentenced to two and one-half years in a house of correction, which was suspended for two years, with probation. In addition, he was required to serve 200 hours of alternative punishment and fined a total of $4,275.
