This appeal arises from a suit filed on behalf of Catherine Huntt, wife of/and Richard Herberg, plaintiffs/appellants/purchasers against Eleanor Billiot Dixon, wife of/and George Dixon, defendants/appellees/sellers urging claims of redhibition, misrepresentation, and failure to inspect renovation. Other defendants are named as well. The sole issues before this court concern the trial court's sustaining exceptions...
