Defendant appeals from a judgment holding that it breached a contract with plaintiff by failing to pay plaintiff's fee. We affirm.

In September, 1985, defendant, a corporation engaged in product development and testing, contracted with plaintiff, an employment agency, to recruit a vice-president for its sales and marketing division at a salary of $60,000 to $65,000.
