WARREN, Judge.

This is an action on a debt. Defendants appeal a judgment imposing joint and several liability on them individually as officers and directors of an unincorporated association, organized pursuant to ORS chapter 260 as a political committee.1 At issue is whether defendants are jointly and severally liable for a judgment debt of the association for attorney fees imposed under the Oregon Corrupt Practices Act. ORS 260.532.
