Defendant, National By-Products, Inc., appeals from a judgment against it in a wrongful discharge action brought by its former employee, plaintiff, James E. Cannon. The action was tried to a jury which found in favor of the plaintiff and awarded him damages of $47,500. On appeal, defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence on the question of the alleged breach of contract and, in addition, challenges certain evidentiary rulings of the district...
