HITTNER, District Judge:

Plaintiffs-Appellants ("DP & L") appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee Westinghouse Electric Corporation ("Westinghouse"). We affirm the trial court's decision.

FACTS
