The defendant, John Bruskie, appeals from a judgment of conviction of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, death resulting, in violation of G.L. 1956 (1982 Reenactment) § 31-27-2.2, as amended by P.L. 1983, ch. 43, § 1.
