Upon the holding that genuine issues were presented in this action for contribution as to whether the appellees' negligent obstruction of the median strip was a legal cause of an accident which occurred when the appellant turned into the path of an unobserved oncoming car, the summary judgment under review is reversed and the cause is remanded...
