MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

Currently before this Court is defendant Thompson Sanders' motion to dismiss the indictment. For the reasons stated below, that motion is denied.

I.

The indictment sets forth a scheme in which Sanders and his three co-defendants engaged in fraudulent trading on the Chicago Board of Trade ("CBT"). The six-count indictment charges Sanders with one count of conspiracy, one count of wire fraud...
