This is an appeal from a judgment following the trial of claims resulting from foreclosure on ranch land owned by Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Lovell, appellants. Suit was brought by the Lovells against Western National Life Insurance Company seeking damages for wrongful foreclosure, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, and usury.
