The question in this workers' compensation case is whether the death of Abelardo Lujan occurred in the course of his employment. The trial court rendered judgment for Lujan's statutory heirs based on the jury's verdict. The court of appeals reversed and rendered judgment that the Lujan family take nothing. 740 S.W.2d 34.
