Enrique Roldan, appellant, was tried by jury and convicted of Indecent Proposal to a Child Under Sixteen (21 O.S.Supp. 1983, § 1123), in Case No. CFR-85-405, in the District Court of Comanche County, the Honorable Jack Brock, District Judge, presiding.
