This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of three grams of methamphetamine. Appellant pleaded nolo contendere to the charge, the trial court found him guilty and on April 23, 1986, placed him on probation for four years, assessed a $1500.00 fine, and deferred the adjudication of Appellant's guilt.
