This appeal is from a judgment ordering the payment of attorneys' fees and court costs for the wrongful seizure of property under a writ of fieri facias. We affirm.
The writ was issued in execution of a consent judgment by which Thomas A. Ogg, III settled a claim against William Loring Ferguson, III. The settlement, dated April 21, 1986, provided that Ferguson would pay Ogg $26,212.00, but if Ferguson...
