Stat. 1985, ch. 56 1/2, par. 705(d)) and unlawful delivery of cannabis (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 56 1/2, par. 705(d)). Following denial of his post-trial motion, defendant was sentenced on the conviction for unlawful delivery...
