OPINION

KELTNER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of Gary Allen Lentz (Lentz) against the defendant, Braniff, Inc. (Braniff), resulting from a bench trial.

We reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand for a new trial.

Although Braniff appeals on nine points of error, we only discuss Braniff's second point. Braniff complains that the court allowed a fact witness to testify...
