This appeal arises from a civil action in which plaintiff sought to recover from defendant monies allegedly paid to an insured on defendant's behalf. The stipulated facts show plaintiff issued an automobile liability insurance policy covering a truck owned by James Clark. The policy excluded coverage for "any obligation for which the insured ... may be held liable under any worker's compensation law." Defendant meanwhile provided worker's compensation...
