Plaintiff South Carolina Insurance Company (S.C. Ins. Co.) moved for a declaratory judgment to determine its liability for the judgment obtained by defendant Gurtha Huggins (Huggins), against S.C. Ins. Co.'s policyholder, Bailey's Tunnel Road Cafeteria (Bailey's).
