This is a civil action for the reformation of a deed from defendants James Morgan, Sr., and his wife, Virginia Morgan, to plaintiff Cecil C. Arnette. Plaintiff contends this 1976 deed contains an improper legal description which mistakenly did not convey all of the property the parties intended.
