The trial court awarded Betty Lou McElroy summary judgment in her suit on a promissory note against Brooks G. Bradford; and, the court overruled Bradford's concurrent motion for summary judgment wherein he contended that he was not personally obligated on the note because he had signed it solely in a representative capacity.
