This case involves a dispute between two rival unions over attorneys' fees and costs. In the underlying suit, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Airline Division ("IBT") alleged that the Association of Flight Attendants ("AFA") was unjustly enriched as a result of IBT's purported obligation to process over 1000 unresolved grievance claims that were previously AFA's responsibility...
