Owen V. Kane appeals from an order of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the Commission) suspending him from association with any broker or dealer for a period of six months. This court has jurisdiction to review the Commission's order pursuant to section 25(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78y(a)(1). The Commission entered its order on November 20, 1986, with the suspension to become effective December 15, 1986...
