The issue before the court is the reasonable hourly rate for services performed by Beverly Gross and David Raff for the period June 1, 1979, to June 30, 1983, as an award of attorneys' fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988. The parties had agreed to an interim hourly rate for Gross and Raff of $165 with the final hourly rate to be determined by the court. It was agreed that the interim rate could be adjusted...
