Respondent attorney William Simmons appeals the Disciplinary Board's unanimous order recommending that he be disbarred for giving an adverse witness 2 half-gallon bottles of whiskey the day before the witness testified at trial. We concur with the board's recommendation and accordingly enter a judgment of disbarment.
