Cheryll Gray sued Dane County, Wisconsin, under section 19831 and Title VII2 for sexual harassment, wage discrimination and workplace retaliation against her for protesting against the County's employment practices. The district court dismissed the section 1983 count of Gray's complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. The Title VII count was later dismissed...
