OPINION

DUGGAN, Justice.

Appellant was indicted for murder. A jury found him guilty of the offense of voluntary manslaughter and assessed punishment at 12 years confinement and a $1000 fine. Appellant asserts 14 points of error.

The complainant and appellant were co-workers and friends. Appellant testified that over a period of several months, he had an affair with the complainant's wife. In November of 1984, the complainant's wife told the complainant...
