This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court awarding the appellees the sum of $269,799 for damages suffered as a result of an automobile collision. The trial court granted the appellees a default judgment and made a factual determination as to the award of damages. On appeal the appellant argues that the trial court (1) erroneously awarded the default judgment; (2) made an award which is excessive and not supported by substantial evidence...
