Plaintiff sustained injuries when she slipped and fell on a wet floor at her place of employment, the Jefferson Parish School Board warehouse in Marrero. The floor was wet from being mopped to clean a spill from a malfunctioning Coca-Cola vending machine. Plaintiff sued Louisiana Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Ltd., who had placed the machine at the warehouse.
