At long last this court has a bankruptcy appeal that is interesting if not exciting. The subject of this appeal is Joseph Brown's lottery winnings of 1.5 million dollars, which he will receive in the form of weekly payments of $1,000.00 from an annuity purchased by the Arizona Lottery Commission. The plaintiffs have filed their appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), seeking district court review...
