OPINION

BUTTS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment entered after a jury verdict. On August 18, 1981, Gertrude Johnson, appellant, was involved in an automobile accident with an uninsured motorist. It is undisputed that Johnson had uninsured motorist protection provided by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, appellee. On September 14, 1981, Johnson signed a release and trust agreement which subrogated her rights of recovery...
