BRYNER, Chief Judge.

After a bench trial before District Court Judge Natalie K. Finn, Jacqueline P. Jones was convicted of illegal use of the telephone, in violation of Anchorage Municipal Code (AMC) 08.05.590. Judge Finn sentenced Jones to serve forty-five days in jail, with forty days suspended on condition that Jones complete a two-year period of probation. Jones appeals, contending that the trial court erred in refusing to suppress evidence obtained...
