Plaintiff, Chrysler Dodge Country, U.S.A., appeals an adverse decision of the Industrial Commission Board of Review (Board) which granted unemployment benefits to claimant Scott B. Kern, finding that he was discharged from his employment for reasons which are not disqualifying under Utah Code Ann. § 35-4-5(b)(1) (1987). The Board determined that plaintiff created claimant's unemployment and, therefore, was ineligible for relief...
