These consolidated appeals arise from a breach of contract action brought by plaintiff, United States Leasing Corporation (U.S. Leasing) to recover the balance due under a lease of office equipment. The original complaint was filed 13 September 1983 against the law partnership of Everett, Creech, Hancock, & Herzig (ECHH) and was served upon William G. Hancock.
