Helen V. Goss brought suit against Oak Park National Bank and Richard Reid for malicious prosecution of a civil action. This appeal is from a directed verdict entered in favor of the Bank and a jury verdict entered in favor of Richard Reid.

Plaintiff's action followed a mortgage foreclosure action brought by attorney Reid on behalf of his client, Oak Park
