This case involves the valuation of cranberry marshes for purposes of local real estate taxation. The issue is whether the village assessor, in determining the value of the taxpayers' cranberry beds under sec. 70.32(1), Stats.,1 was required to accept as the fair market value the allocations of sales prices between beds and vines made in sales of comparable cranberry marshes.
