STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Landowners1 appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of the Treasurer of Gibson County holding that the landowners' interests in the coal underlying their properties are subject to tax liens imposed for the unpaid taxes assessed against Buckskin Coal Corporation. We reverse.
