This is an appeal by co-defendant Fruehauf Corporation ("Fruehauf") from a judgment based on a jury verdict in plaintiff Donnell Welch's action against Fruehauf and Kenworth of Dothan, Inc. ("Kenworth"), based on fraud. Fruehauf appeals from the trial court's denial of its post-judgment motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative a new trial or in the alternative a remittitur. We affirm.
