The plaintiffs, two employee "Trust Funds," obtained a judgment against the statutory trustees of a defunct corporation, John and Jennifer Bullis. The judgment was for money due from the corporation to the Trust Funds under a labor contract. In an earlier appeal, the Idaho Supreme Court affirmed the judgment. However, the Court noted that the Bullises' trustee liability on the judgment could not exceed the amount of proceeds they had received from...
