This is a damage suit arising from a motor vehicle collision between appellant Michael Hinkle and appellee Lillie Perry. Ms. Perry struck the rear of Hinkle's vehicle while he was stopped in traffic, and he sued her for personal injuries and property damage. Hinkle was driving a 1980 Oldsmobile titled in the name of "Michael's Auto Sales," Hinkle's business.
